В 2021 году мы узнали про инстаграмный ресторан и приехали на красивую локацию. Там узнали что это ресторан отеля, увидели домики окружающие водоём с огромными кувшинками, и вот в этот отпуск на 1 ночь 29 апреля 2025 забронировали виллу в Тайском стиле рядом с бассейном за 5000 руб за двоих с завтраками. Минусы: Отель расположен рядом с шумной дорогой, постоянный шум проезжающего транспорта. Но наш домик был рядом с озером, вдали от ряда домов соседствующих с дорогой, ночью шума не было слышно. В бассейне очень много выщербленной плитки . В остальном всё отлично.Эти минусы мелочи .Нам показалось что в эту ночь мы были единственными гостями отеля.Красивая, очень красивая территория. Очень приветливый персонал. Наша вилла была в самом углу номер А108 .Из неё открывался очень красивый вид на озеро и на бассейн.В номере очень уютно.Настолько бесшумный кондиционер, его почти не слышно.Халаты, тапочки, да же средства защиты от комаров.Все необходимое предусмотрели.А кровать стоит отдельных похвал, очень мягкая, спать одно удовольствие. Завтрак шведский стол.Все очень вкусно. Есть стоянка для мотобайков.Отель расположен вдали от моря .Ближайший район Бангтао.Стоит приехать сюда отдохнуть!

Lame management - no front desk pick up the phone, no staff staying at check in when check in at night - called didnt pick up Lame service mind - hotel couldnt find booking - reservation staff said cannot track and she will not call the agent 訂房網站 saying "her job is only to check in customer, not to contact the agent" - amazingly surprise how the hotel able to run for until today with this standard :) worst of the worst experience ever Lame problem solving skill - cannot contact, didnt support, didnt show empathy to solve or check out where or what caused the booking unable to find in "their own hotel system" FUNNY Then customer had to contact Agent by themselves and found out that the booking is ACTIVE. It's hote that is messed up ! No water no drink were served while waiting for them to solve and find out the problem - what the h? Is the hotel owner is thinking .... should train employees better. This is the hotel and we paid for staying at hotel. We didnt ask to stay for free. Rooms were not clean. Some garbage in between the bed and side table lamp. The tub is not clean, the insect was there. Breakfast was not good, food line was little and there is one hour to go until it is over, but the they dont even refill the food. When the guests are still coming down to have breakfast. Too many flies - need better arrangement of the fork and cutlery. Plates and bowls have stai, not a clean wash. I would rate the hotel as 2 stars out of 5 stars if with this management and service mind and quality of the stay. Many more reasonable and worth the price than this hotel. Whoever plans to stay here can do research on google reviews for clearer details and decide somewhere else. We were here at cafe 5 years ago, service was great so we decided to stay here without hesitation, but we were so wrong. Should have checked reviews first then we wouldnt have such nightmare.

The hotel is relatively old, and there is water near the restaurant. There are a lot of insects and we did not enjoy eating the food. What is special about the hotel is that it has a beautiful photography area.

Останавливались в данном отеле на три дня. Прекрасный отель, очень уютно, чисто. Персонал дружелюбный, завтраки вкусные - выбор небольшой, но каждый день был разный набор тайских блюд и немного европейской кухни. Фотографии с кувшинками можно делать гостям отеля, но лучше до 9 утра, до этого времени как раз завтрак и не приехали туристы)) они начинают приезжать с 8.30 и уже занимать очередь Расположение отеля далековато от моря, но в пешей доступности есть торговый центр, на парковке которого открывают вечерний рынок, и еще рядом есть вкусные кафешки тайской кухни. До моря можно на байках или на такси добираться (минут 20 дороги) Из минусов - комары в номере, но персонал отеля предусмотрительно положили в номер специальный спрей от комаров, поэтому проблем с ними не было))

Кондиционер дует в лоб! Во всех нормальных отелях ставят кондиционер не напротив кровати! Горячая вода то была то пропадала в процессе принятия душа! Шампунь если не попросишь, то не положат. Вода желтого цвета. Слышимость отличная. Очень хорошо слышно дорогу! Местями плесень, не совсем чистое постельное белье. Если рассматривать как временное жилье, то пойдет. Из плюсов только то что локация рядом с кувшинками. До остальных мест очень далеко даже на байке. Ценник очень сильно завышен! Красная цена 800-1000батт

The location and the cafe are good, but the hotel has unstable water pressure and also it’s hot and then immediately cold, at the reception we’ve been waiting for 45 min to get the room key, after 2 pm which is check in time.

Отличные домики в самом центре острова . До пляжа банг тао на байке ехать 10 мин . В пешей доступности пару хороших Тайских кафешек . Красивая локация , мне очень понравилось !

locate in the middle of the island, but the transportation is not that good, nearly all travel agency ask for an extra fare, which cost us 600 baht more. the environment is artificial but natural.
